• The content and listings on DVLawyers.com are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

• Your use of the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and DVLawyers.com, its affiliates, or any attorneys listed.

• Always consult directly with a qualified lawyer regarding your specific situation.

You agree that you will not:

1. Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
2. Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information.
3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or Services.
4. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers.
5. Use any automated means (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our express permission.

• Any legal action or proceeding relating to your use of the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the provincial or federal courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

• Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
