DVLawyers AI Summary:
Ladera Lending, Inc. focuses on providing personalized mortgage solutions for clients seeking to buy homes or refinance existing loans. They offer a wide range of mortgage products, including fixed-rate, adjustable-rate, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans, making it easier for individuals to find financing options that suit their specific needs. The firm's approach emphasizes quick and customized quotes, tailored services, and a commitment to integrity and transparency. In terms of tone, the firm appears approachable and supportive, aiming to create a stress-free experience for clients. While the site primarily addresses mortgage lending and refinancing, it does not explicitly mention domestic violence or family law issues, which may be crucial for survivors seeking legal assistance in those areas. Therefore, it’s important for individuals coming from situations of domestic abuse to recognize that this firm may not provide the specialized legal support they need for issues such as custody battles, restraining orders, or other family law matters that often accompany domestic violence. If you are a survivor looking for assistance with financial matters related to home ownership or refinancing, Ladera Lending could be a practical fit. However, if you require specific legal guidance related to domestic violence, you may want to seek resources that focus on those legal areas to ensure comprehensive support tailored to your situation.

"I refinanced my mortgage with Ladera Lending in March 2024, working with Garrett. At the time, he assured me that I would be able to refinance again in six months to bring my monthly mortgage payment back down closer to what I was paying before the cash-out refinance. He even provided me with signed documents in good faith, guaranteeing me a free refinance as a returning customer. The purpose of my cash-out refinance was to pay for a new roof- an essential home repair, not a luxury. I trusted Ladera Lending’s promises when making that financial decision. Since then, Garrett has left the company, and I have been dealing with Andy. Unfortunately, Andy has informed me that there is nothing he can do to honor the agreement I was promised. As a result, I am now paying over $1,000 more per month than I was prior to refinancing, with no recourse or assistance offered by Ladera Lending. I feel that I was misled and taken advantage of simply to close the deal. The assurances made to me were false and have left me in a significantly worse financial position. This is not the type of honesty, transparency, or integrity that should be expected from a mortgage lender."

"This company is absolutely amazing! I worked with Hiro Watari, and I couldn’t be more happy. He answered every single question I had in depth and then some. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. I have NEVER had a more streamlined process than I did with Ladera Lending. The process is the most advanced I’ve ever used when applying for a loan. Every company should aspire to be this efficient and intuitive. I highly highly recommend them"
