"This lawyer gave us a quote for purchase and selling of our homes and then proceeded to charge us way over what was expected. We have purchased and sold 6 homes, and Title insurance is usually $200.00. Even google says between $200-$350 depending on the amount the house is. This house is an entery level home. Woodbine charged us a whopping $670.00. They also charged us $120 for postage!! $300 for a transfer fee, and $300 for a first time morgage fee. Total was $2400.00 rather than the $1500 they quoted us. Communication was confusing because of so many different administrators and The lawyer didn't call us back when we requested a phone call. Terrible experience all together. Do Not Recommend!"
