"I am a foreigner on long term work assignment to the USA. I got my first traffic citation for an offence which I thought was relatively mild but imagine my horror when I looked up what misdemeanor meant. The few days I took contemplating and exploring my options was really stressful but the description on S&Y's website that accurately explained my predicament finally made me to make that call. Upon the onset, Christi was very gentle and empathetic. She spent time listening to my situation and explained very clearly the court process and the expected outcome. She was very professional in her interaction with me and every step of the way, every instruction was clearly explained. Most importantly, her reassurance and taking on the burden of the case allow me to let down that huge burden that has been lingering over me since the incident. The case was finally concluded almost 4 months later with an outcome that was exactly as what she had predicted. I am truly satisfied and happy with the outcome. The flat service charge was very reasonable in my opinion. "Working with Will and his associate Meg was one of the best decisions I ever made. Super polite, respectful, just all around great. I was going through a hard time and using Schofield and Young was a huge factor in helping me move through a big bump in the road of life. When first I called Will to present my situation, he was extremely understanding, empathetic, and kind. He then very quickly helped arrange a very satisfactory solution for my problem. Will and Meg both went above and beyond at every aspect of my court case. Every email, text, phone call was dealt with promptly. They basically held my hand through the (complicated!) process.
