Joe Kennedy is a former prosecutor, and now a dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney. As a prosecutor, he handled tens of thousands of cases and gained valuable experience and insight. "My situation was unique as I was charged with a moving violation ( trying to protect a young lady whom had been physically assaulted ) and I felt the officer allowed his ego to charge me with such a violation . Mr Joe Kennedy listened to the details and agreed to take my case to court and enter a plea for me . Mr Kennedy succeeded in explaining the situation in court and my drivers license still has a clean record . The situation was handled promptly and professionally.
