"$450 for Motor vehicle tax due even if you live in Kentucky for a month vs a year. No notice you owe. Plates tax don’t apply to motor vehicle tax. They don’t do this in other states. If you don’t pay Lien on you vehicle and increasing 13-25% + charges Got Raped at county clerk"
