"Very disappointed in this firm and Attorney Danny Garza. My wife hired Danny Garza for a case and paid a flat fee to complete the case. During a phone call my wife expressed to continue the conversation with me on the call. Danny Garza told her “you are gonna talk to me when I say.” He now refuses to finish the case and won’t refund the money we sent to him to complete the case. When I expressed my frustration over the unfairness of the situation he would childishly say “you can act like a tough guy over the phone.” I do not respect someone who is not a man of their word and looks for the easy way out."

"Where do I start I had attorney Danny Garza hands down I must say he is the best out there in my opinion. Danny took my Florida case even while I wasn’t even in Florida he was quick with the process and got my case dismissed now thanks to Danny I can get my license back and my case is dismissed I can’t be happy enough with his services"

"I did not have a good experience with attorney Daniel Garza, it was my first time hiring a lawyer and boy did I make a mistake. After hiring Garza, he did not give me guidance, when I sent evidence he responded “I can put it in but I can’t guarantee anything” I think it was unnecessary comments, he didn’t seem to be confident in his ability to do anything in my case. Then a few weeks into being my lawyer he called me and started making comments about my character that I didn’t understand where it was coming from so I told him that I would like my husband to be apart of the call so we will have to call him back , he then responded “ I’m your attorney your going to talk to me when I say” ! I told him I felt threatened by this behavior and he said find yourself another attorney and fired me ! 3 weeks before my hearing which puts me in a terrible position. Then he wouldn’t refund $2,500! After doing nothing for me… he is out for the money and it’s very clear. I recommend looking at 5 star reviews and doing your homework very carefully. So far with my brief encounter with Foley & Wilson Law they seemed incredible and have a perfect 5 stars. I also recommend James Chandler in Naples they are by far better human beings and lawyers. Beware of attorney Garza."
