"I called to speak to an attorney. I gave all the relevant information to a receptionist. Then that receptionist transferred me to an unknown party, who asked for all of the same information, and when I told them it was about wage theft they thought I said workers comp, different issue and doesn't even sound similar, she wasn't clear of who they were but they weren't the attorneys, some sort of answering service, but then why wouldn't the first person I spoke to be enough? Why have two separate layers of answering services? That's stupid."

"Eric Evilsizer was not hired and did a really bad job. This company took 6000.00 from my elderly mother and did not file for a bond hearing for 3 weeks as my sister died! worst attorney's i have ever used!"

"I asked around for a referral when I was in need for a good law firm and all fingers pointed to Whittle and Melton. My case was handed off to at least three different lawyers before finally scoring with the best of the best, “William Richard “Bill” Ezzell. My first assigned lawyer had a heart attack, the second was a woman who over-talked me and didn’t have good eye contact which worried me a bit, the third was another woman who only contacted me via telephone. When I showed up for my first initial meeting with her, she dismissed our meeting and handed my case over yet again, but this time, I was certain I’d found the right lawyer. Mr. Ezzell is quick, assertive, honest and reliable. He broke everything down for me so that I could really understand what was happening. He stood up at the podium during my court date and said everything he promised he would, no surprises, no set backs. Needless to say, he got me out of a very tough situation taking a class B felony and turning it into a “fines and penalties” case. This place truly isn’t after your money. These lawyers are educated and energetic ready for whatever comes their way. I would recommend Whittle and Melton for sure."
