"Whitney Polson and his team have genuinely saved my life. I had two lawyers before him who made his job infinitely harder. To give you an idea, Whitney had to work a case where my former attorney put a misdemeanor on a felony docket. It was completely messed up until the Polson firm stepped in. Before Whitney in Shelby County I completed 22 months of probation without a hiccup, 167 days in county jail where I sustained a brain injury and a deep laceration on my left index finger that led to loss of movement. Whitney got me out, got me into a legitimate rehab, got them to reinstate probation to be completed in the 2 months I had left, and now I can happily say I will never walk into that county again in my life. I will drive around it if need be, because I am free of it. A couple other cases came up from some other issues stemming from that, and I went ahead and hired Polson for those as well. I cannot overstate this. Whitney Polson and his team will help you. You will not feel alone. You will never feel like “just another client”. I can breathe now for the first time in five years because of this wonderful firm, and they deserve every bit of good that is spoken about them. Thank you, Whitney."
