About:
After finishing law school, I started a company focused on teaching new fathers (by birth or adoption) skills and abilities they may not have had a chance to learn. Eventually I closed that business in order to work in the area of foreclosure prevention law due to the increasingly common foreclosure (which in Virginia can happen very quickly). I have chosen to continue to help people in need at my own law firm so I can give my clients the attention they deserve.
DVLawyers AI Summary:
Patzig Law is dedicated to providing legal support for individuals facing the aftermath of personal injuries, including those resulting from car, truck, and motorcycle accidents. Their focus lies in helping clients navigate the often overwhelming process of dealing with insurance claims and securing the compensation they deserve. The firm’s approach is characterized by a strong commitment to client advocacy and an understanding of the emotional and physical toll that personal injuries can inflict. The tone of Patzig Law's communication reflects empathy and a trauma-informed perspective, acknowledging the challenges that victims face during their recovery journey. They strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued, which is essential for those who may be experiencing heightened vulnerability due to trauma. For survivors of domestic abuse who may be dealing with related personal injury claims or the complexities of custody or protective orders, Patzig Law presents itself as a potentially suitable option. However, it is important to consider that their primary focus appears to be on personal injury law rather than specifically on domestic violence cases. Survivors seeking assistance with legal issues directly related to domestic abuse may want to ensure that the firm can adequately address their unique needs. Overall, Patzig Law seems well-equipped to offer diligent representation, particularly for those navigating the complexities of personal injury cases in a compassionate manner.
