"Attempted several times to reach out to them and stated my issue was time sensitive, someone finally called me while I was working and unable to talk and agreed to call me on Monday. Never called me at lunch or after work which she had proposed, she had given me her extension (ext. 355) where I left a couple of messages over the next few days wondering what happened. Never got a call back. If you have a time sensitive case you should put your efforts elsewhere in trying to find help as they did not seem to care at all."
