"Vijay is an excellent criminal and family lawyer. Back in 2020, he helped get out unscathed when a false allegation of physical abuse was filed against me. He suggested an offensive approach to my family DVRO case, which helped me get to a level playing field against my wife - leading to me gaining custody of my daughter sooner. In 2025, I approached Vijay again when once again a false case was filed against me - this time of sexual abuse of my minor child. Vijay consulted me gratis on steps to take, responded to my phone call and text promptly; without even forcing me to retain him for my case. It demonstrated the kind of person Vijay is. "Had a good experience during a terrible time with Vijay Law and would recommend. My spouse had a disagreement and police became involved. This led to the most stressful month of my life but hired Vijay Dinakar who came up with a very good plan and was able to convince the DA not to file any case. Eventually the arrest was sealed. One minor issue is that Vijay is quite busy and takes time to get back to us after doing the work in the case. But it is worth waiting as the outcome was very perfect with a clean record. Setting up a consultation was easy and he provided a lot of helpful information that helped decide to hire him."
