"I came here 7 months pregnant. I filled housing applications for every area in upstate and made an effort to be in safe in my own home within 3-5 months. I was told I as being impatient. Moving too fast and I was condemned for being proactive. My caseworker didn’t like me along questions about the process and they ego tripped off telling multiple pregnant victims of do that we’d be there for a year or more SHAME ON THEM. I amongst many other pregnant women left and went where we would be valued. I was placed on that waitlist and they have made ZERO efforts to advocate for me and my infant. She’s 7 months now. I am still not in a home. Shame on them. Chris, Lisa, and their supervisor. Who allows it"

"RUN and KEEP running. Run for your life and don't look back!!! This place is full of stone cold heartless careless poor excuses of human beings. I've been in MANY of these unfortunately and know EXACTLY what to expect and how they SHOULD be properly run. Save yourself!! Please!! This place is a PRISON. My HIGH recommendation is go the YWCA in Schenectady and if they are full try Equinox. You have my warning ⚠️. Decide your fate."
