"Scott was nice but he did nothing to help me. My goal was to be divorced and walk away with my daddys last name. He convinced me to make all kinds of sacrifices and concessions in order to hurry and get the divorce finalized, because otherwise we would have to go to court and it would take a lot longer. So i made lots of concessions in mediation. I ended up walking away with a lot of my exes tax debts and STILL the name change was not included in my divorce decree. I had to go through a legal name change months after the divorce was final, because it was not included in my divorce decree, like it was suppsed to be. Now i am having to ride all around town getting my documents and paying extra money in fees to get MY name back. I feel like he rushed me to get ot over with and I still walked away with the short end of the stick. Also, the mediators working was extremely vague, even though we had verbally agreed to specifics, that it was misinterpreted by the title company. I feel like the language and verbiage should have been more clear and specific."
