"I recently found myself in a situation while on a road trip with family traveling to NJ. I had my legally owned gun from Washington in my vehicle and got stopped for a speeding, which when asked I had a firearm in my vehicle in the trunk. I was informed that it was illegal,I was arrested and summoned to court. My heart sank because I had never been in any trouble before so this whole experience was new to me, mind boggling, and caused great anxiety. After speaking with 2 other attorneys, I found the Tormery Law Firm and KNEW IMMEDIATELY that Travis and his team were going to be the ones to represent me in this jam. With my anxiety thru the roof, and first interaction with the office, they took me step by step on my court procedure and what to expect..Long story short, I walked in court feeling like I was going to jail(which was told would not happen)and walked out of court given PTI, ( diversionary program) and the speeding ticket dismissed.
