I have been licensed in Florida since September 1990, continuously practicing in both state and federal court. I attended University of Florida and was awarded my BSBA in December 1986 and was awarded my JD from Nova Southeastern University in May 1990. My practice areas, over the past 28+ years have been Family Law, Civil Litigation, Business Litigation [all of which are trial level and appeals] and some transactional law. I recently expanded my practice area, with our newest associate attorney, to include guardianship and probate litigation as well as wills and trusts. "Absolutely the most disgusting unprofessional Attorney you will ever meet. She doesn’t do her job, she constantly lies. Shows up late to mediations, Court, depositions with no regard to anyone else. She has literally robbed our family of over 80k in attorneys fees and going on two years of litigation. She doesn’t return calls or emails and when she does it’s all lies and more time to waste money. She ask for a professional courtesy of extension and then never follows through. Filing a complaint with the Florida Bar. I actually feel sorry for my ex husband as he is the one footing the bill. Do not hire Tracy Newmark. Thank God she is now suspended for the similar reasons I have stated here. Check for your self at the Floridabar.org You can only be a criminal for so long until your caught. Thank you to the Florida Supreme Court for protecting further families from this disgrace."
