Mr. Kellis focuses his practice on litigation. No matter is too small. No matter too big. Mr. Kellis litigates criminal matters, traffic/ DWI cases, injury claims, worker’s compensation, estate administration and many other legal matters. Formerly, he was certified with the NFLPA as an NFL agent. He is the President of the Carteret County Republican Men’s club and a member of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute. Tommy is also an USCG Captain. In his free time he enjoys fishing, boating and all things involving being on the water. He also enjoys spending time with his children and wife at our beautiful beaches in Morehead City.

"I have tried to contact Shannon about me and my father's stocks that we have together. My father can not sign the paperwork to change the address or to sell or take my name off the stocks. I also can not go to the bank for the notary or maddarion signature because I live in a nursing home soon to be out on the streets because a copy of the number of shares have to be given to DSS. Plus she will not work me with the checks I get, she will not tell me if I get a portion of the checks or not."

"I recently received a speeding ticket in Jones County NC and Carolina Law group was great in mitigating the charges.
