Todd Palumbo is a graduate of the University Texas School of Law, one of the top law schools in the country, and has extensive New Jersey municipal court and criminal defense experience statewide. He is a second generation NJ criminal and traffic defense lawyer, coming from a family with over 35 years of trial experience in this area of the law. Attorney Palumbo specializes in criminal/municipal defense, including DWI, drug crimes, traffic offenses, domestic violence charges, theft offenses, assault crimes, and appears in municipal and superior courts throughout the state. He is board certified in the administration of the Alcotest breath testing device, the device used to test breath samples of DWI suspects. He is also certified and has received extensive training in the administration of the Standardized Field Sobriety Test, the field test used to establish probable cause for DWI arrest. Mr. Palumbo is one of a select few attorneys in the state who have obtained these certifications. "Mr Palumbo is one of the coolest, nicest, most professional and talented lawyers I’ve ever dealt with. Long story short I had some pretty heavy charges against me which was 6 counts of 3rd degree conspiracy. Mr Palumbo fought my case case vigorously for almost 2 years. I had many sleepless nights wondering if the next court date was gonna be the day that I was gonna be taken from my son and sent to jail. After hiring him I had a immediate relief. Having him in my corner I knew that I wasn’t going down without a hell of a fight. After many plea offers from the state we continued to deny them and keep fighting because he knew I wasn’t innocent and all we had to do was prove it. Fast forward and here I am. All charges dropped thanks to Mr Palumbo. I highly recommend him he’s the best in the business. The guy could sell a ham sandwich to a pig or ice water to a Eskimo. "I went to Mr. Palumbo when i got 5 tickets accumulating to 13 points which results in a licensed suspension. GSP too BTW. I am a 20 year-old and I was in no one’s favor to drop the points. Mr. Palumbo took me in and worked his magic. I just got off the court meeting and I have 0 points and won’t be losing my license. I didn’t understand how one is able to be so educated and knowledgeable of the court system like Palumbo. I am beyond SATISFIED with Palumbo’s work and i am happy to say that I will be able to continue to drive. Im keeping this man on speed dial 💚🙏🏽🫡"
