"They let the druggies run celina like wild animals. Just making money off of rehab programs that fail. Send repeat offenders back to same rehabs. By repeat I mean 4 or 5 times minimum. Why correct a problem you can make money off of for a lifetime. When one of your recent rehab celebrities kill someone or a entire family we will remember."
