Attorney Thomas Huth brings with him more than 30 years of criminal law experience as a New Jersey county prosecutor to his criminal defense practice at the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall. Before joining the Marshall law firm in 2018, Mr. Huth devoted his entire career to N.J. criminal law as a prosecutor in Essex and Monmouth counties. In addition to trying hundreds of criminal cases to verdict, he has also held top supervisory and administrative positions in both offices including director of the Major Crimes Bureau, training and mentoring and developing longstanding relationships with many prosecutors in those offices. In joining the Law Offices of Jonathan F. Marshall in 2018, Mr. Huth is again taking on a new role. “I’ve spent my entire career involved in criminal litigation,” he says, “and based upon my vast trial and investigative experience, it was a natural progression for me to continue my work in this area on the defense side. I like to engage with people and I like to help them in their time of need, whether they are crime victims or accused of crimes.” Mr. Huth’s practice is focused primarily on Superior Court matters including criminal charges related to homicides, auto fatalities, robberies, white-collar defense, sexual assault, and narcotics. He will use his extensive experience as a prosecutor and criminal litigation experience to advocate on behalf of clients who are facing serious charges.

"I was originally charged with 2 felony offenses. I hired this law firm and less than a year later I plead to a no point traffic offense and payed a 40 dollar fine with all other charges dismissed. These people are true miracle workers and I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation."

"I’ve been trying to post my gratitude for Johnathan Marshall Law firm for months and is finally able to get it where it would allow me to post my review that’s how important it is for me to express my gratitude and appreciation for all that William K (Bill) did for my son. He was dealing with a lot and it was just one bad thing after another and I could see that he was feeling defeated and discouraged especially after he was hit with the charge that they charged him. He is nowhere in any shape or form the type of person that they accused him of being. So I did what any mother would do I spent a lot of time researching lawyers because the first lawyer we hired didn’t have my sons best interest in heart and her attitude and demeanor towards the seriousness of my son’s case did not sit well with me so we fired her and after coming across Johnathan Marshall Law Firm I read the reviews but I needed more reassurance so I called and set up a in person meeting. I met with Mr Johnathan and Mr. William K. (Bill) and explained my son’s situation. Then they scheduled a conference call with my son. I felt a sense of relief even though my son’s charge was serious. To make this long story short Mr. William K (Bill) showed up for my son and fought hard for him because my son was facing time. Mr William K (Bill) answered all of our questions honestly whether it was good or bad and he stood by my son to the very end and my son and I was able to walk out that court room together and for that I am forever thankful and would recommend Johnathan Marshall Law Firm he has a amazing team of Lawyers! "You guys ever watched the 2016 NBA Finals….? Yeah these lawyers is the 2016 Cavs, they are LeBron if he decided to go to Law School. You know that one superbowl when the Patriots played the Atlanta Falcons and the Patriots miraculously won after be down 3-28 ? They are David Ortiz , the count is 3-2 against the Yankees and the ALCS was on the line. Yeah, they are them. I recommend anyone to go to this law firm for legal representation, they know what they are doing. 10 out of 10"
