"He views every single citizen of Lapeer county (and surrounding counties) guilty of crime/crimes but, will let off friends, family, and police officers. Time to remove the trash! The justice system needs reform!"

"My family is very grateful to Lapeer County prosecuting attorney, John Miller, and his entire team for helping us seek justice for our family. Our case was filed seven years ago almost 8, and there has been two other prosecutors prior, and nothing has ever been done as far as going out, finding and arresting the perpetrator. The only time the perpetrator had been in court over the past seven years was when he made it easy for law enforcement to catch him. The perpetrator was released from jail on bond, and at that time he ran and was all the way over on the other side of the country. I myself had been given some information about where the perpetrator might be living, so I presented the alleged address to Prosecutor John Miller. The prosecutor was very quick to meet with us and he was kind, compassionate and determined to catch the perpetrator and give our family justice. Our case was a very difficult, painful and mentally hard and exhausting case for us to deal with and without a doubt, challenging for the prosecutor, and his team to work on. I gave the prosecutor the information I had, he took it and he made me a promise that he would find the perpetrator, get him, bring him back to Michigan and prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. Prosecutor, John Miller, kept his promise, and now my family has justice, and we no longer have to worry about this horrible man hurting anybody else ever again. The perpetrator was found guilty on all charges. Prosecutor John Miller did an amazing job, presenting our case to the jury, and for that we are very grateful. On a separate note, to all you people out there that feel as though you have not received justice, you need to keep in mind that our civil service workers who choose to serve the community, are only human. I have been represented in court multiple times by several different attorneys. I have been lucky that all of them have been amazing, but not every case ends up exactly the way you want it to. All you can do is be grateful for the help you’ve received, and thank God for those people who chose to live their lives helping and serving others. One other note, you have to keep in mind that your case is not the only case that your attorney is working on. That’s a lot of responsibility and pressure. I have the upmost of respect for those attorneys who are kind and patient when dealing with people (especially victims); attorneys who are calm and collected and able to keep great composure in a courtroom when they have so many different things that they are dealing with all at the same time. To those great attorneys out there that love their jobs, and are kind and thoughtful enough to remember all the things that they remember, thank you once again. I feel very blessed and lucky that my family was represented by such an amazing team of people."
