"Met with him back in February and he never completed the process. He delayed and set myself and my spouse back greatly. Our deal is ending as of today with a refund. We have to find another attorney and start from square one."

"This lawyer took my money and didn't do what he was supposed to do. I will not recommend him to anyone else. Doesn't return phone calls or nothing. My case been open since 2019 3 years and when I asked the court what's the hold up. It's because your lawyer is not filing the paperwork on his end.Now i have to find a new lawyer and pay all over again. A simple divorce case he couldnt handle."

"DO NOT HIRE THIS “ATTORNEY!” HE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IN MY OPINION HE IS GROSSLY INCOMPETENT AND A COMPLETE WEASEL!! My late Uncle went to this CLOWN in order to have his last Will and testament completed. After paying Ted Weiss, this Joke of an “attorney” Lost my Uncle’s entire Will and file! Over a year later, my Uncle passed away. Many months later I found out I was my late Uncles sole beneficiary. I went to Ted Weiss for assistance in Probating my Uncles Will but Idiot he is, he couldn’t remember Anything and appeared to be intoxicated and/or on drugs! He was and remains aloof. And that’s on his best day! Otherwise he appears to be dumb as a rock and remains clueless about the law! Subsequently I lost my late Uncles Entire Estate!!! Over $127,000.00 was left for me and me only and Ted Weiss didn’t even show up in court! I consulted with other attorneys who told me the case would cost me $90,000.00 minimum to litigate a Malpractice Action against Weiss. After he LOST ALL MY INHERITANCE I had no money left of my own to sue him! Also, BEWARE OF HIS WIFE, IRENE, the dentist next door to Weiss’ “law” office! She and employees in her Dental office notorized and witnessed my late Uncles Will for her own husband! In my opinion, they run a Will Mill and have been doing this for quite some time! When I questioned Weiss as to wether he had been sued for Malpractice, he stated, “yes, more than once.” He also stated, “I’m going to lose my business and my marriage over my stupidity!” I got it all on audio and video right in his own office! Now, if you hire this Joke, yiu cannot day you weren’t Warned!! BEWARE!!!!"
