"The receptionist who answered the phone today was extremely rude as I called to get advice and seek a consultation and as I explained my situation she was very insensitive to my situation and was very very rude and when I tried to explain more of my situation she rudely interrupted and said " there's nothing we can do for you here" without even hearing all the way. If that's how you treat people who need help I wouldnt suggest her! I asked for a consultation with a lawyer, not advice from her............ So unhappy because I have heard good things about this place and I needed a lawyer...."

"I reached out to the Travis Law Firm for a second opinion because I was not happy with my current lawyers performance. I found Travis Law by searching ‘Best DUI Lawyer in Erie, PA’… The timing of my hearing was days away and I was nervous with what may happen…I explained my case via online and his paralegal responded same day to get a better understanding of my situation.. Grant reached out to me later that day to discuss my options of what he can do for me. I took a gamble and trusted him…this isn’t something I know about but I felt a sense of relief once I choose to go with the Law Firm. The day of hearing we got to meet and chat about my case and anything else he may needed to know. He was very professional and personable….probably the only time I felt like someone was on my side with my case. I was happy with the end results and will definitely recommend them to anyone with DUI/Traffic charges."
