Barbara J. King is a partner with Tully Rinckey PLLC where she is the chair of the Firm's New York State Family and Matrimonial practice with offices in Albany, White Plains, Manhattan, Syracuse, Buffalo, and Rochester. Barbara earned her Juris Doctor from the City University of New York at Queens College.
