"I also did a yelp review. But, unlike other reviews; I highly recommend Mr. Martinez. It’s a 4 year old case but I wanted to take the time to write a review. There was no consultation fee. Mr. Martinez did listen and he does have a vast knowledge in the areas of law that are noted on his website. My case was in LA county (he didn’t complain abut the drive). Additionally, he is well known outside of SB and Riverside county because it was evident that he was well respected by the courthouse in L.A. county. There came a point in which the DAs office wanted to “come down on me hard.” Mr. Martinez did not let that happen. He drove to the courthouse the next day and got the DA to agree to a basic disturbing the peace conviction which was expunged a year later. Further, my initial criminal charge is not commonly reduced to lesser charges, but as I wrote Mr. Martinez got the DA to agree to the lesser charge (disturbing the peace). Finally, he did not overcharge me."

"I was advised to take a deal on my case against my will and plead guilty i was offered house arrest or private jail i told ty that i don’t want my conviction to affect my immigration status and he advised me that I should worry about it because my sentence was only 3 months and that only 6 months sentence would affect my immigration status’s after I tried to register for my house arrest they told me that my crime didn’t qualify for house arrest, i was told the same by the private jail so i called ty and we when back to court and after i guess they realized i got offered an elegal deal they offered me time served with ty told me to take.so after paying my restitution fees and 3 years of probation i when to a immigration lawyer i was told that immigration doesn’t pardon drugs crimes even if it was a small amount because I plead to possession transportation and sales….so i called ty and he denied giving me that advice"

"called this office and was treated poorly by a lady that has absolutely no customer service skills, has zero patience and uses abusive verbal tone. Imagine, if the front desk treats customers this way; how will the attorney be?"
