"The worst attorney ever. You just have to pay and run by yourself he is not helping you with nothing he didn't helped me to reduce my tickets I had to pay double for the court too so don't waste your money because you will pay more with him. You try to call him and he is telling you the last minute that there will be another attorney they don't inform you with nothing even to remind you since you pay him you don't get nothing from them. I'm very disappointed with this service"

"9 months ago I was charged with 2nd degree eluding. I was recommended to using Mark as my defense attorney and I have zero regrets with using him. Mark has excellent communication, knowledgeable in the burlington county superior court and is very friendly. I was looking at some time in jail most likely state prison time but with the help of Mark i was able to get 36 months of pre trial intervention probation, some community service and avoided losing my license. I would highly recommend Mark Bernstein to anyone who has a charge of some sort or needs a defense attorney in the county of burlington. Thanks Mark!"

"The worst experience ever. Hired this lawyer, never met the guy, had 3 court dates every time there was a different person showing up to represent me that I had to fill in on the situation. My only option ended up being was to take a plea deal. Then months later I called for a follow up and he was very rude and unprofessional then said he's just having a bad day I tell him no problem I'll just call you back tomorrow he's started talking over me and telling me he doesn't have time for that. Once he collects just forget about your situation."
