"Beware of this attorney! He never showed a real interest in representing my loved one. Also, He never responds to emails or phone calls. His staff (Anthony) is extremely rude on the phone when I had questions to ask on behalf of my loved one. Further, we tried several times to fire this attorney, but unfortunately the judge would deny the Marsden motions to have Magnus removed from my loved one’s case each and every time. Magnus failed my loved one, and I highly recommend that you shop around for a lawyer before you consider in hiring him to represent you, or your loved ones. At first he will appear interested in his clients’ case best interests, but once he’s hired on the case you’re screwed and you will deeply regret having him as your lawyer. Let the truth be known! New update from my previous post! Be prepared to receive a response from this attorney if you leave a truthful review regarding their services. He called me and cussed at me and made unprofessional remarks about his client (my son). What he doesn’t know is that all my phone calls are recorded for situations like this."
