"Mark is great and very well versed in tenant landlord issues. During a tenant landlord hearing, I researched some codes which led me to Mark’s blog posts on his website. Those write ups alone helped us to form our argument and when the time came for a countersuit it was a no brainer who we were going to hire as our attorney.
