"The lack of empathy that this place has is unfathomable. I have never witnessed a staff so disconnected from human emotion in my life. I tried calling staff members and managers to just TALK to someone over the phone about my dad and the secretary forwarded my calls to a random extension, a random voicemail, and another random voicemail that wasn't even set up. Sometimes my calls wouldn't even be answered, it would just hang up immediately! The social worker never called me back and decided to TEXT me and say she couldn't speak to me... completely unprofessional. I have been added and removed to a so-called mystical, biblical 'care circle' and not even notified about my father. I have never been so disgusted with some of the staff here. Don't bring your loved ones here because you will be ignored, exiled even."
