"They’re handling the Woodforest bank case which has been going on for over a year now I remember literally signing up for this October November of last year. It is September 2025 and Miraculously Jennifer Especially Wilkinson is no longer with the company been calling reaching out sending emails, leaving voicemails they’re horrible with communicating back to you."

"I had a great experience working with Jeff Hammond and Amanda May at Cohen & Malad. After being injured on private property, the insurance company refused to cover my claim, and another law office had already declined to take my case. Jeff and Amanda not only took it on, but guided me through the entire process with clarity and support. Jeff was personable and easy to work with, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I’m grateful for their help in reaching a settlement and would highly recommend them."

"I was hit by an uninsured drunk driver in September 2024. This happened at a time in my life when I was already in the midst of a very trying and dark time. I spent 15 days in the hospital, and had a several months long recovery period. On top of that, my insurance backdated my coverage after my discharge from the hospital, leaving me with a hefty bill. I honestly didn’t think my case could get any worse! They were able to turn it all around in my favor in the end! From start to finish, the office and staff of Cohen & Malad were so compassionate, knowledgeable, and results driven. Amanda and Jeff were assigned my case. Their knowledge and professionalism in this area is exceptional! With their firm, you don’t feel like just another “file”. From day one, I felt like I could fully trust them to handle my case. In spite of the many curve balls thrown at us throughout the process, their dedication to my case allowed me to just rest and concentrate on my healing. I can wholeheartedly say that my healing process was made possible by their care and dedication to me as a person. I so appreciate them, and everything they did for me!"
