"Review of Hoover Kacyon LLC My experience with Hoover Kacyon, specifically with attorney Lindsay Moretta, was deeply disappointing. I relied on their firm to represent me in a custody case, but I consistently felt unsupported and misrepresented. Despite providing thorough documentation, medical records, and evidence of neglect, much of this material was not presented in court. Critical issues such as my daughter’s repeated missed medical appointments, documented anxiety, and need for therapy were either dismissed or ignored. I specifically asked that therapy be requested, but this was not raised, and later CPS independently confirmed the need for therapy. During trial, obvious inconsistencies and false testimony from the opposing party went unchallenged, including questionable financial documents and statements about my daughter’s health that could have been disproven with photos and records. I also discovered that communications between my attorney and opposing counsel often allowed them to “fix” problems quietly, undermining my ability to demonstrate ongoing neglect. Furthermore, my visitation rights were never secured in a consistent or enforceable way. Instead, parenting time was left to the other party’s discretion, leaving me and my daughter with no stability or protection. In the end, I felt I carried the weight of my case through my own research and persistence, while my attorney failed to advocate for me or my daughter’s best interests. The result has been prolonged uncertainty, unnecessary emotional strain, and—most importantly—continued risk to my child’s well-being. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Hoover Kacyon LLC for family law matters."

"Attorney Joseph Kacyon represented my wife and I in the guardianship and estate processing for my wife’s biological mother. Attorney Kacyon was exceptional in representing us!. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and compassionate in dealing with a situation that is always challenging and sensitive to a family. Unfortunately, representing families in guardianship and estate settlements always tend to present challenging situations, especially dealing with step children and blended families. Nonetheless, Attorney Kacyon remained calm and simply executed the proper legal decisions as directed by the Judge residing over the case and strictly in accordance with the laws that govern guardianships and estates.
