"Attorney Joseph Kacyon represented my wife and I in the guardianship and estate processing for my wife’s biological mother. Attorney Kacyon was exceptional in representing us!. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and compassionate in dealing with a situation that is always challenging and sensitive to a family. Unfortunately, representing families in guardianship and estate settlements always tend to present challenging situations, especially dealing with step children and blended families.
