"Can't be bothered by someone who is owed nearly $20,000 with mounds of evidence from someone else who has tons of money and a good income who ripped me off, and won't even give a reason why other than "It's not something that we're willing to take on right now. Very dismissive. I wouldn't bother calling. Waste of your time."

"Attorney Joseph Kacyon represented my wife and I in the guardianship and estate processing for my wife’s biological mother. Attorney Kacyon was exceptional in representing us!. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and compassionate in dealing with a situation that is always challenging and sensitive to a family. Unfortunately, representing families in guardianship and estate settlements always tend to present challenging situations, especially dealing with step children and blended families. Nonetheless, Attorney Kacyon remained calm and simply executed the proper legal decisions as directed by the Judge residing over the case and strictly in accordance with the laws that govern guardianships and estates.
