"I had a poor experience with Michael Flinn. Part of a large tree fell that was on his father’s property. The other half is now compromised and leaning towards my property. It is a hazard for damage and safety. I contacted Mr. Flinn and he came out and looked at it with me and agreed that if it was on his father’s property he would have it taken care of. He also sent me a text saying he would do his duty as a neighbor and have the tree taken down if it was dangerous and on their property. I agreed to wait and allow him time to have the property surveyed to confirm. I confirmed with 2 tree professionals that part of the tree that is still standing was dangerous and a threat to my property. Mr. Flinn sold the property before addressing the issue we had agreed too. I went to his office to speak with him on the matter and he said he would look into it, but stated he was not my neighbor anymore, and he would need to talk to his sister. I am unsure why a grown man who has already agreed to do something would have to talk to his sister to see if he can follow through. Mr. Flinn indicated to me he would take care of a known issue and then sold the property without addressing it as agreed. Clearly Mr. Flinn is correct that he does not legally have interest in the property anymore since it was recently sold, what has been done is wrong and unethical. I would not recommend his help in any capacity."

"I called Michael for some advice as I was ripped off by a used car dealer in Georgia. He provided me with valuable information to go back to the dealer with and it seems to have worked the dealer is taking the car back. What the information that Michael provided it did help the cause. Michael was willing to provide this information at no cost to me but I would have hired him and I had to go further. This is the kind of person you want to deal with if you have legal issues. I highly recommend him!"

"Very rude in the phone and in loud stand off ish voice and had an attitude for no reason. Me and my wife were just asking questions during a phone call about potential auto fraud from a dealership that had happened. Also to add his response doesn’t even make sense. That’s foolish of him to say we don’t have a case or anything he doesn’t even know everything and I tried to explain things to him. So he’s a liar. Not a great attorney or lawyer. Shame on him for being disrespectful on the phone and dishonest. Very bad attitude."
