"I had the extreme pleasure of having Cody Farrens as my attorney. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond on my case. He kept me up to date and communicated with me thru out the process. I was homeless and he was able to get a legal matter over turned and get me back in home. Highly recommended!!!"

"I have hired Cody and if you are wanting a great attorney use Cody, hands down this attorney will go the distance for you. He is very prompt, he gets stuff done in a timely manner, he understands you, he takes time to get to know you and your case, he is very detailed oriented, he will be blunt with you and not sugar coat anything. Cody is exceptional at what he does and I would recommend him to family and friends if need be that's just how great he really is. The office atmosphere is inviting, the people are friendly and parking is just right outside the door, it is very easy to find in down town Sioux City."
