The firm emphasizes a trauma-informed approach, showcasing empathy and understanding towards individuals who may be experiencing significant stress or fear due to legal troubles. "Susan saved the day when my husbands identity was stolen, her advice to act quickly with freezing credit and recommending a private investigator prevented us from suffering any further damage. She is tough when needed but is so kind and respectful no matter what your situation may be. Susan is the person you want in your corner."
