"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My family member called for consultation, while she was explaining her case, the lawyer we talked to (didn’t state his name, but one of the attorneys) quickly interrupted her and said to her “you sound young, are you even able to afford a lawyer?” What a shame that this office that prides themselves in “fighting for us” is quick to turn their heads when we are trying to ask for legal help, due to our age. Mind you she is an ADULT. If we would’ve know they needed to see our bank statements to get a CONSULTATION we would’ve provided that but it was confusing since they claim on their website that they “provide free consultations” I didn’t know San Jose actually had these kind of money vulture lawyers, how sad. EDIT: Attached to this review is the number she called on Monday, it matches the phone number on your profile. The 510 area code number is the attorney Rabin Nabizadeh, he contacted her after she talked to reception and gave us his disgusting attitude as well as his disgusting response. Therefore, I have the correct phone number and correct business."

"People are not perfect, things happen. But was IS perfect is Summit Defense. Their attorneys seem to also be part-time therapists or something similar. The help you out legally 100% but also emotionally because of their natural caring personalities. Would highly recommend during tough times. Standard market rates, but worth it."
