Susan Kristensen

"I was disappointed with my experience with Gail Hiscocks. From the outset, there were long delays, inconsistent communication, and minimal legal guidance. Despite repeatedly asking for advice, I often felt left in the dark about the next steps or available options. There were numerous back-and-forth emails about the same issues, and I frequently had to repeat information I had already provided. Even after raising concerns, I was not consistently copied on correspondence with opposing counsel. Although one proactive step was suggested — which I agreed with — no action was ever taken. What troubled me most was the lack of support and advocacy. It felt like the other side was driving the process, while my lawyer remained passive and reactive. There was no clear strategy, and I never felt like I had someone truly advocating for me. I paid significant legal fees but received very little advice, no meaningful guidance, and saw almost no progress. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this lawyer to others."
