"Would give a 5 star becuase I absolutely love my therapist and my sons therapist but the “manager Daniella” always has an attitude and tries to speak over you when you bring up an issue or ask questions! Great company but needs better customer service! She makes the company look bad. I had called about a charge on my acct when I didn’t get anyone notifications nor does it show the charge on the portal, but she was insisting that there was. Also I was asking why all of a sudden am I begin charge when my son has been attending for the past 2+ yrs!"

"So apparently if you are 15 min late to an HOUR long appointment you get charged a $100 no show fee no questions asked. I was running 20 min late to my appointment, texted to let them know 12 min past my appointment and they recommended rescheduling and then got billed a no show charge unbeknownst to me until a month later when I was looking at my card statement. There was no receipt given. Seemed really shady. When asked if they would consider refunding they said no and did not offer to reduce it either. This clinic doesn't attempt to do the right thing. They said they can't bill insurance if you are 15 min late. So, billing insurance or receiving no show money fees is more important than actually seeing and helping people."

"We love Zac. He’s our dude. Interlight as a whole is a good company to work with once you get settled Pros - Scheduling is easy once you get passed the initial into session - you schedule directly with the providers They have candy when you walk in They have a wide variety of services and counselors - if you explain what you need often they will match you correctly with someone. Zac isn’t your typical counselor - he’s the real deal. We see him for marriage counseling. He is so gentle at prodding to get you to open up that your don’t actively see it happening. He creates new ideas that get you to think outside the box & finds a communication level that matches you. He doesn’t give you a static playbook answer I.e. “go on a date” “exercise “drink more water” Cons - The two location thing - is super confusing because of the way it’s listed in google The staff isn’t assigned cell phones from the company - only emails. So unless they have a separate phone they are willingly to provide to you it can be a bit difficult to get in touch with them. The play therapist we had for our son left to another practice"

"I see Jenny at the Scottsdale location and let me just say, she is a WONDERFUL counselor. Non judgmental, she listens, and she offers advice so you can work on your issues at the source. Plus she’s a cat mom! Highly suggest Innerlight and Jenny"
