"I was pleased with the outcome of my case. It was difficult because of my age to fight for a decent settlement as some of my injuries could be caused just because of my age. Although I wasn't happy with that explanation I understood it. Michael was very professional and was patient with me when I questioned him or asked questions that he probably thought I should know, but it was a long process and I'm happy to say I feel blessed to have him and his team go to bat for this old lady. Not that old but old enough..."
