Steve is a partner in the litigation department at Lamb McErlane PC in West Chester, PA. He focuses his practice on federal and state criminal defense, federal and state civil rights defense and education law.  He has spent his entire legal career practicing law in Chester County, PA and the Greater Philadelphia area. Steve began his career as a prosecutor for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney successfully trying numerous felony and misdemeanor jury trials. In federal criminal court, Steve has defended a wide range of offenses from complex white-collar international fraud and money laundering schemes to intricate interstate drug trafficking conspiracies. In federal civil court, Steve has defended various county officials and agencies in civil rights lawsuits.
