"Usually i dont have any issue here (ive had a PO Box here for almost 2 yrs) but today (9/9/25 @ 2:50pm) The front desk lady was petty and played passive aggressive games to waste time. Asked me for all types of info, while package was literally RIGHT NEXT TO HER behind the window. Its NEVER been this difficult to pick up packages here and they usually have to retrieve it somewhere in the back. She continued the passive aggressive attitude once it became obvious I wad getting irritated, yelling out to me to have a nice day, etc as I walked away."

"I will never, again, let this post office handle Mail Hold for me. The last time the instructions were clear: deliver accumulated mail on Thursday. But no mail was delivered that day, nor on Friday and Saturday (I had given the benefit of the doubt that my mail would be coming on Friday). The next Monday there was nobody there to open the post office; several people had to ask before someone finally said it would be probably a half-hour before someone would be available (this was 20 minutes after the posted opening time). When I went to find out what happened to my mail the clerk replied, "Your regular mail carrier went on vacation". Strange that no instructions were left for his substitute, or anyone else there, even as my neighbors kept receiving their mail. I will ask my neighbors to pick up my mail, and hold it for me, whenever I am out of town. This post office can't be trusted to handle a mail hold request."

"Can you give some current updates on the reopening of the office? I have a very valuable package that is at the facility that customers service says is going to be destroyed??? It is at the facility and was scanned in. At the least re deliver the packages after the asbestos issue is resolved. Asbestos is only dangerous if it is disturbed. Not sure who would be climbing into the ceiling to mess with it. Your office is a scam and probably re selling valuable packages. You will be investigated for my package at the least."

"Terrible. There wasn't even any signage or information outside to inform me of where my mail is being redirected to due to the asbestos problem. I had to go to another post office, just to have the receptionist tell me I had to drive to El Segundo to pick up, and she was pretty rude about it. Now my package is apparently going to be destroyed without my consent because it's been deemed contaminated. This is a scam and feels like it should be illegal! They aren't even offering reimbursement for packages. That's not even covering the fact that I can't just replace what I'd ordered, so now I've been completely screwed over and there's nothing I can do about it!"
