"They completed the job at hand but could have done a better job of keeping me informed about what exactly was happening with my case. I always had to call them for an update. They even informed me that they had taken care of everything when that wasn't true; there were still several more items to take care of before finality. I had to address them that the state wasn't finished with my case. There is definitely some room for improvement."
