About:

Whether you’ve been injured or are going through a family law crisis, my first concern is your well-being and peace of mind. That’s precisely why I offer telephone consultations to all my potential clients. I want them to know from day one that I am here to ease their burden — not add to it. Moving forward, I will use the insight you’ve provided me with during that first discussion in order to weave your unique needs into your legal plan. When it comes to your case, there are going to be a lot of people trying to explain what happened and what needs to happen next. But to me, nobody’s voice is more important than yours. No matter what your doctor, ex-spouse, or anyone else has to say about your case, yours is the viewpoint that takes priority. So please, communicate with me openly and honestly. You will receive nothing but respect, understanding, and upfront advice in return.

"This store has two of the slowest employees I have ever seen. Always a line of people waiting. Taking personal phone calls while telling people to wait. No time management and quite frankly unsuited to do their jobs. Go to a different location. This place is a waste of time and always frustrating."

"There is ALWAYS a line. Mostly just people with quick Amazon returns. Today the line was wrapped all the way through the store. One of the employees was helping a guy who had to run to his car. Instead of taking some Amazon returns while he left, she just stood there. The other employee was helping a woman figure out the Amazon returns and being very kind and patient with her, but she allowed the woman to take a phone call and talk to someone while we were all just waiting. I understand helping a customer, but she should have asked her to step aside while on the phone and attended to some other people. There is no reason why the lines here need to be so long every time and it baffles me that management has not come up with a solution to streamline this store."

"With a packed house, it’s easy to be shaken up and knocked you off your game. As being in the customer service business I’ve dealt with it. But Ms.Annie and Jacky handled the wave of customers like absolute pros!! A lot of different requests, and some need more help than others and they both helped with great energy and beautiful smiles. I personally thank you both for the great service."

"I don’t usually post these but this time I had too. The woman Valerie who helped me yesterday was amazing! She helped me with all my questions when it came to all the differences in prices to ship out my packages without any trouble and she also offered me a better option, and throughout the who thing she has a positive attitude and she made laugh! It was great customer service even though it’s a little bit out of the way for me I’d rather go here!"
