"Wish I could give zero stars to Ms Taylor-Smith. In my experiences in court with Ms. Taylor-Smith it appears that she is completely unorganized and unprofessional. Ms.Taylor-Smith did absolutely no discovery on our case , nor did she submit any of our evidence that I supplied her with to the court . We missed two court dates because Ms.Taylor-Smith never informed us. Ms. Taylor-Smith called us on Sunday night after 10pm to tell us we had court on Monday morning at 9:30am. Ms.Taylor-Smith lost all the evidence I had given her a year earlier even though I had sent it to her in a email . Ms.Taylor-Smith came to court the second day and left all our evidence in her car .The judge took a recess to let Ms.Taylor-Smith go get it and Ms.Taylor-Smith returned without a complete copy even though she had me print three copies in the courthouse library with her access code , one for the court , one for the plaintiff , and one for the defense and put them in order the day before . Ms.Taylor-Smith kept saying the judge wouldn’t take copies as evidence , and insisted on me giving her the originals . Ms.Taylor-Smith did not return all the originals I had given her either. Ms. Taylor-Smith also forced us into a settlement because she didn’t do her research. Ms. Taylor-Smith was given everything she needed to prove our case but it seems she didn’t look at it once. In my opinion Ms.Taylor-Smith should not be practicing law."
