Attorney Staci Krause first worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office before becoming a defense attorney. She then worked with Soyars & Morgan Law, a highly-respected criminal defense law firm in San Antonio, Texas, before starting her own law firm in 2018. Since then, Attorney Krause has defended hundreds of people with her knowledge of criminal law. She was awarded the San Antonio Criminal Defense Lawyers Association’s Young Attorney of the Year, and in 2020, the SA Scene listed her as one of the Best of SA 2020. Attorney Krause firmly believes in her clients’ right to recovery and a future, and she is deeply passionate about criminal defense. As a former prosecutor, she is equipped with the litigation knowledge of a winning lawyer but, more importantly, the empathy and compassion of a defense attorney whose clients face wrongful and unfair charges.
