"Buyer beware. When choosing an attorney it is important that you do your research. Just going on Google and saying find me the top 10 attorneys in the city does not work. From the Inception of this relationship I have experienced nothing but heartache. See I was faced with false accusations against me by my own family member. So I needed to hire an attorney to deal with this situation what I was met with was a demand for money right out of the gate by a rude person. Mr Smith. To follow that I contacted one of the managing partners who at the time convinced me to stay on board with them because they had already filed a document supposedly and he was very nice and apologize for the behavior of Mr Smith however moving forward I got a phone call from a paralegal telling me that that a female attorney was going to be taking my case out of Tampa for the same firm and that she would be calling me he just needed to get some details so I gave him the details I never heard back from the woman at all two months passed by and I started getting a little antsy because I really wanted to share my side of the story and some information with this firm. So I decided to call the number I was given for the attorney that was supposed to contact me lo and behold that attorney no longer works for the firm and I was told that they're very very sorry and that another attorney will be contacting me soon I get a call next from the law firm in Orlando and told that the attorney's name is going to be Mario and he's a great attorney and he just started with them and that he was going to be handling my case fine spoke with Mario he was reassuring he was gung-ho he was the best thing since sliced bread I said all right finally now we're here now we're going to get somebody to to take take this on and prove my innocence well Mr Mario was just a bag of hot air always telling me what I wanted to hear never letting me speak telling me we got this we got this oh and I have every single text message email and everything to prove everything I'm saying. I will be filing complaints with the Bar Association on all the attorneys that they gave me as we went along. As my attorney I assumed he's going to want information from me so I can prove my innocence he kept telling me no no we don't need that we don't need that we don't need that right now we're still young in the game well months and months are passing each court date that I have he told me I don't have to go to because he's taking care of it well what I found out is that Mr Mario just continued and continued and continued and continued my court appearances until it was time to be ready for pretrial I've sent him information I've texted him information I've asked him you know where we're going to go with this he's quick to talk and give me stuff brush me off and doesn't really want to hear much that I have to say when you are innocent this is a hard pill to swallow. So Mario and I have had words back and forth and have gone back and forth because I'm at my ends with this situation and not getting anywhere so they do just enough so they keep their nose clean but not enough to work the case and do the right thing. Well the next time that I hear from an attorney is calling me and telling me that hey I've been trying to reach you I'm your new attorney and now you have a warrant for your arrest for non appearance what I said are you freaking kidding me the day I had court I sent a text to Mr Mario which I have proof of on my phone at 8:30 in the morning he never returned my call and I'm supposedly have a new attorney by the name of Adam who I met to tell me who I met by the phone to tell me that I had a warrant for my arrest because I didn't show up at court and it's my fault. I shall be filing a complaint with the Bar Association be careful choosing your Law Firm they are not all what they seem to be if I could rate this a zero I would they don't even deserve one star. Buyer beware"

"The state is currently waiting for my attorney to approve and sign the PTI contract. I have not been contacted to discuss the stipulations of the contract with my attorney. They are refusing communication and I have called: 1/15/2025 1/14/2025 1/13/2025 1/7/2025 1/2/2025 12/19/2024 12/16/2024 They have not discussed terms of the PTI agreement with me. I will be signing this contract blindly with a learning disability. I have begged for someone to reach out and have only been told “I will have someone call you”. I paid in full while retaining Smith & Eulo, so money cannot be a problem. My assigned attorney, Nicholas Langenkamp disappeared with no prior notice. During a pre-trial to a criminal case. I retained him for a criminal case and an injunction hearing. The 2 charges were punishable by life in prison. He showed up to maybe 2 court dates and gave notice of the court dates the night before. No complaints from me, I’m in a tough situation and need everything resolved. Fast forward, I have court scheduled in November. Shana Bailey shows (it’s normal for your attorney be different each court date). She is very knowledgeable in hillsborough county, we agree to PTI. During all of this I am reaching out to Nicholas to get information regarding my injunction hearing set for December. I am getting no response. I decide to call Smith & Eulo after a month of no response, December being half over, and a court date that’s supposed to happen in December. ^refer to the call made 12/16/2024. During this call they let me know that Nicholas Langenkamp no longer works for the company and tells me the name of my new attorney. I am asking questions regarding the injunction hearing, the paralegal is unable to give me answers. So, we agreed and are just hoping that it’s closed? This is my first time in trouble and I am neurodivergent and lost. No one will speak to me or explain anything. This has honestly been a terrible experience. **as of 04/7/25 Bryanna Bynum who is the lead attorney reached out and apologized endlessly for the lack of communication and confirmed the restraining order is in fact on my record. Smith & Eulo did nothing to prevent this nor follow judges orders to reset the hearing. They will not provide a partial refund or provide ANY information regarding the injunction. I paid $2500 in full to retain an attorney for the injunction hearing."
