"My son was falsely accused by a family member and was served a 5150 with no evidence. Suddenly it was about to become a 5250. The hospital lied continually, including telling him that he wasn't allowed to have a lawyer present at his review hearing. If it wasn't for the whole team at Simmrin Law, his life would have been ruined. So many lawyers said there is nothing I could do when I learned about the false 5150 that required no proof other than false testimony. But Michael and his team were brilliant and got him out.
