"I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business at this UPS Store. I came in needing to print 6 pages and send 2 certified letters. They charged me $2.49 for the first printed page and $0.20 for each page after—which is already high—but the real issue was with the mailing. I was charged over $46 to send two certified letters, which is more than double what it would have cost at USPS. Their sign says they offer “competitive pricing” with USPS. That’s false. When I questioned the owner, she doubled down and essentially asked me to prove the USPS price—gaslighting me in her own store after taking my money. She called it an “upcharge” and brushed it off like it’s just how things go. This wasn’t just bad customer service—it was exploitative and dismissive. If you’re already under stress, as I was, this kind of treatment feels like being kicked while you’re down. I’ll never go back, and I would strongly advise others to call ahead, ask for exact pricing, and take your business somewhere that honors transparency and respect."
