"I had been told by several other firms what I had presented was never going to happen given the custody agreement I had in place for 7+ years. After meeting with Shayna, I was told it would be a fight, but a fight she was willing to take on. After a year of working with her and 9 hours in court room I gained full legal and physical custody of my child. We were both in such shock given the verdict was not given at the end of the hearing, but thanks to her I was given what I sued for, and then some! She never stopped working, always had my back, and was constantly reassuring me I was doing everything right. She is the needle in a haystack when it comes to family law. This firm has gained a life long client!"

"I called this law firm to help with some elder law documents for my mother. Called last Monday, answered lots of questions from two different people, and was told an attorney would reach out to set up a consultation. Never heard back. Granted I did call on Easter Monday, but it's now Saturday with still no word. I guess they were too busy to give a return call. Cannot recommend."

"I cannot recommend this law firm or Miss Faircloth. A year after hiring this law firm I am no closer to a divorce than the day I found out my husband was picking up women at work. I’ve been ignored, instead I have been getting padded invoices. It’s disheartening after reading the reviews over a year ago that all I have received from this law firm has been emotional and financial damage. I cannot imagine if I had children or massive assets to split, this law firm would put me in the whole."
