"Unfortunately, their billing department isn’t upfront with the cost of sessions. I received a massive bill and was essentially told that if I paid out of pocket it would be cheaper. They have contracted rates with insurance companies . I can’t wrap my head around how a session can cost $668 dollars. My insurance company confirmed that since it’s a contract, that’s what they can charge. Highway robbery at its finest! The therapist is amazing — no doubt — (Hillary) but the about of money it’ll take to see her just isn’t worth it. If you’re considering this place, I recommend calling billing and asking about the contracted rate with your insurance company. You will regret it otherwise! Do not recommend this place!!!!"

"My wife works with Springfield Psychological for medication management.... Great Psychiatrist, she loves her..... but she never gets a call back from the secretary. Doesn't matter what time of day she calls, she will only receive a message back on the portal multiple days later.... hope it's not an emergency, because the secretary will not answer to get you scheduled. I get being short staffed, but over 24 hours to answer is horrendous customer service!"

"I've been jumping around between therapists here for a few years now. Most of the therapists either don't take me seriously or just don't seem to know what to do. Some are straight up questionable in their practices. I get the feeling they are just trying to make money, not really trying to help me, just trying to get through the day. Same with the psychiatrists. I had one who wouldn't listen to my anxiety problems at all (Dr. Dattu) telling me I seemed like a "pretty chill guy", until finally he relegated me to Alison who actually listens. One of my least fav things is how they can cancel within hours of an appointment just like that, but I have to give 48 hours notice no exception or I get charged. Some of the secretaries are very nice and helpful. But overall I'm extremely frustrated."
